David Rosenblum, age 67, a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many, passed away peacefully on June 23, 2023, in Port St. Lucie, Florida, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. A resident of Westerly, RI and formerly of Stamford, CT, David was born on Valentine's Day, 1956, in the Bronx.

David was the beloved husband of Elaine Rosenblum, with whom he shared 45 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they raised their son, Michael, who was the light of their lives. In addition to his wife and son, David leaves behind his sister, Helen Rosenblum Weiner and her husband Chris, his sister-in-law, Carol Del Guidice, his sister in law and brother in law, Joanne and George Pace and numerous adoring nephews and nieces who will all miss their fun-loving "Uncle Dave." He also leaves behind his beloved rescue dog Bandit. David was predeceased by his loving parents, Pinkus and Syma Rosenblum.

After graduating from the prestigious Germaine School of Photography in New York, David built a successful career as a professional photographer in Stamford, CT. He was the proud owner of Images by David Photography for over 40 years. His talent for photography was only matched by his kind-hearted nature, making him a favorite among clients and colleagues alike. David's generosity and willingness to help others made him a beloved figure among his peers.

David was a proud Army veteran, having served his country with honor and distinction. His service instilled in him a strong sense of duty and patriotism, which he carried with him throughout his life.

A true New Yorker at heart, Dave was a lifelong fan of the New York Yankees. He could often be found cheering on his favorite team, whether in person at the stadium or from the comfort of his living room.

Dave had a wonderful sense of humor and a gentle spirit, always putting others at ease and putting their needs above his own. Even in his final days, Dave was cracking jokes and making everyone around him smile. His selflessness and generosity knew no bounds, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched.

David created beautiful photographic memories for countless families throughout his career. His passion for photography and love for his family will be remembered by all who knew him.
